How we work with Founders and Managing Directors?

We have Geeks in communities all across the UK and internationally. If you are a small or medium sized business then you would ordinarily work with the Geek in your area. If you have specific needs then we can call in the expertise of specialists across our whole network. Our work is delivered face to face and remotely but it’s always with a real person that has oodles of sales leadership experience and the power of the full Geek team behind them. Our Geeks are not consultants. We work in your business, we take control of your P&L line and help you grow from within. We will lead and support your sales team, up-skill your leaders and create new ones and help you hire the best talent if necessary. And just as importantly we are a critical friend helping hold you and leadership accountable for your success.

We do all this in a way that is affordable for your business. Previously this level of experienced involvement would be inaccessible to smaller businesses, but part of our mission to change the way the world pereceives sales is making top level sales talent available for everyone. We have a flexible, consume what you need model. For most businesses that means a Geek working in your business for 1-3 days a month for 6 to 12 months. But really we fit in with your needs and budget. And of course we do this without the need for exorbitant, hiring costs, Fringe benefits, share options pensions, bonuses, PAYE or all the trimmings asociated with hiring an employees
